After working as a pharmacist for a number of years, both in Australia and the UK, Martin completed a Bachelor of Business in Finance and Economics. This led to roles within Corporate and Institutional banking at ANZ bank, and the Trading and Alternative Investment sections within QIC.<\/p>\n

Using his combined skills in pharmacy and finance Martin\u2019s focus is to provide day to day structure and guidance to our team of Pharmacist Managers, in addition to overseeing the financial performance and investment strategies for the business.<\/p>\n

Martin is also heavily involved in the provision of clinical services within the business.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Kirsten McKerrell<\/h3>\n

Kirsten has worked as a Pharmacist since 1996, and purchased her first retail pharmacy at the age of 22. Since this time she has overseen the expansion of the group to a peak of 7 retail pharmacies, and now the consolidation to 3 stores.<\/p>\n

In addition to her governance role in the business, Kirsten oversees the community and stakeholder liaison aspects of the business; including marketing and promotions, leasing and commercial contracts, and new business opportunities.<\/p>\n

Kirsten is also an Associate Lecturer at the University of Queensland School of Pharmacy; and a graduate of the AICD's Company Director's Course (with merit).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Adrian Stoll<\/h3>\n

Adrian has over 30 years experience in Retail Pharmacy, including Management Roles, and Group Operations.<\/p>\n

His primary focus is on retailing excellence, both in-store presentation and systems, and also from the team dynamic and performance perspective.<\/p>\n

Adrian is highly involved with team training, education, creating career pathways and mentoring for the Pharmacy Assistants and Retail Managers in the business.<\/p>\n

In addition to his work at McKerrell Pharmacies, Adrian has been a guest presenter at Pharmacy Conferences, and Retailing Seminars.<\/p>\n
